Do you mean an archive as in a PST file on a user's hard drive somewhere, or an archive physically accessible in O365? If the archive is available via standard username/password login and you have an accessible hostname for it you should be able to use Settings>Connectivity>Mailbox Migration to import that data. If the data you are looking to import is in a PST file these can be imported by syncing a mailbox to Outlook via MAPI or similar, opening the PST archive, then moving/copying that mail data to an appropriate folder in the synced account. Please let me know if you have any questions and I'll be happy to point you in the right direction.

Hi Berk! You need to add an Authentication Provider for that domain first. That is done on the domain's General settings tab.

I have one more question. On which screen can we see the desired port numbers in the Outlook installation?

I cannot install with 110-587

Hello Berk,

To add to what has already been shared. If you login to SmarterMail and go to Settings -> Bindings -> Ports [tab]. you can see the currently set up ports on your server and what IPs they are associated to and if they have TLS or SSL encryption set up.

Here is a list of common email ports.

Once the port are set up here you will also need to make sure that the port can be seen outside of your server. On the machine with outlook installed you can run a telnet test to test the port.
telnet {server_name} {port}

Hope this helps. ~Tony

Thank you very much for your answer, but the 465 port is not working.

Hello,

You will want to make sure that this is open up on the firewall and also that there are no other services using this port.

On the server get the PID of the Mail Service. Next run netstat and filter by the PID you just grabbed. This will show you if 465 is listening.

Thank you
