Enable detailed logging for IMAP (and maybe other protocols) only for a domain

Hello,

When a customer report an issue, and you need to troubleshoot a protocol, for example IMAP, it should be possible to only enable detailed logging for this domain/protocol.

You might want detailed logging only for this customer to be able to leave it on for a few days of troubleshooting.

Actually enabling detailed logging for these very verbose protocols would kill the the server and fill log disk space real quick when you have around 20k users.
