Suggestion: Enable/Disable new feature "Scheduling" by User in SmarterMail

Dear Development Team,

I would like to suggest an enhancement for SmarterMail that I believe would greatly benefit domain administrators and improve user management.

Currently, the "Scheduling" feature is enabled for all users globally. It would be highly advantageous if domain administrators had the ability to enable or disable the "Scheduling" feature on a per-user basis. This granular control would allow administrators to select which users can utilize the scheduling capabilities, thereby providing more tailored and efficient user management.

Implementing this feature would offer the following benefits:

  • Enhanced Control: Administrators can better manage user permissions and access based on individual needs.
  • Improved Security: Restricting the scheduling feature to specific users can enhance security by limiting access to those who require it.
  • Resource Optimization: Optimizing the use of resources by enabling scheduling only for users who actively need it.
I believe this enhancement would be a valuable addition to SmarterMail and would greatly improve the flexibility and control administrators have over user management.
