Fixed: Some messages have attachments stripped when delivered.

Unfortunately the problem persists.

I was able to verify from a customer (always from the same sender) that the message loses the attachment.

The strange thing is that the attachment is there in the message archive, but by impersonating the user the message appears without an attachment.
