Can you help me understand?
According to sendscore, my server has increased sendings to Unknown Users in the last few days, obviously having a negative impact on my score.

However, I cannot find a match in the delivery log

From
No Such User
The email account that you tried to reach does not exist
User Unknown
Invalid Recipient
mailbox not found

I find very few of them

Suggestions?

Sabatino, our unknown users is LOW on SenderScore.

Try searching "550" on SMTP logs
 This may pick up a few non-existent email bounces.
