Chop after flag is missing?

Most used in Outlook, specially when we share a Mailbox like an office@ Box with more than 2 Users is this option missing to see the processed mails...

U can flag mails and u see them also flaged in the Webmail but as soon u Chop them - there is no Chop?
Is there a reason for that?
