Cyren 'failed to download' during install

Being Fixed

The install completed on Debian 12 but there were Cyren related errors:

root@smlinux:~# ./smartermail_8886 install
Linux Version: Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)
Selected build: 100.0.8886.43017
Failed to download Cyren.zip
Response status code does not indicate success: 400 (Bad Request).
Failed to download CyrenIP.zip
Response status code does not indicate success: 400 (Bad Request).

The installation did complete and I can see the web interface so I can start testing :-)

Same here on clean Debian 12 server installation.

I saw this during testing as well, and believe we resolved some conditions that could cause this. I'm going to ping our development team on this today and I'll reach out if we need more information. Thanks for testing it out!

I just wanted to confirm I was able to replicate this installing on a fresh/updated Debian machine as well:

I just wanted to give you all a quick update on this. I finished QC testing fixes on this and Cyren no longer fails to deploy during install on Debian, and subsequent upgrades will apply it as expected. Please give that a shot in our next beta release and let me know if you have any more trouble with it. Thanks!
