Hello,
Although i have the domain into the "Trusted Domains" it checks and moves it to the spam folder. Any ideas ?

btw, i'm using Pop3 Retrieval and have spam checks checked.

Example header:
X-SmarterMail-SpamAction: High | MoveToFolder
X-SmarterMail-TotalSpamWeight: 44 (Trusted Sender - System, DMARC: Skipped (Empty Result))
X-SmarterMail-Spam: Reverse DNS Lookup [Passed]: 0, Null Sender: 0, ISpamAssassin [raw:2,4]: 4, SpamAssassin [raw:-2]: -2, SPF [Fail]: 30, DKIM [None]: 10, _ARC: none, SEM - Black: 0, HostKarma: 0, SpamCop: 0, Backscatter: 0, Barracuda: 0, Truncate: 0, Spamhaus: 0, Surriel: 0, URIBL Black: 0, SEM-URI: 0

Hello Zach,
Is there any way to bypass this ? I mean if it's in the Trusted domain to bypass the checks ?

Thank you
