[8818] Remote server returned 550 5.7.509 Access denied

Hello

DMARC and Microsoft sucks.

We have DMARC running since ages without any problems. The policy ist set to *reject" and the test for the domains are passing at mxtoolbox.com.

The receiving domain onmicrosoft.com reports "Remote server  returned '550 5.7.509 Access denied, sending domain netfusion.ch does not pass DMARC verification and has a DMARC policy of reject."

That's simply not true.

Okay, i could set the policy to "none", but that's basically switches of DMARC.

I'm pretty sure, that i'm not alone with this [Enter a word here]

Any idea?

Thanks!

Try to send a mail with any subject and body to check-auth@verifier.port25.com from a mailbox that belongs to your domain netfusion.ch (as reported by the error returned by micro$oft)

It should reply with a report of the status of DKIM/SPF and some other checks for your domain.

Make sure that all checks are passed in the summary of results:

==========================================================
Summary of Results
==========================================================
SPF check:          pass
"iprev" check:      pass
DKIM check:         pass
