Max Message Size setting, inbound, Hiding in SMTP protocol settings.

I have a request please.
I have spent a long time trying to figure out why myself and our clients can not get emails over 5 Meg in size. I have gone and looked at domain settings, limits, throttling, user settings, etc, etc. Setting the max message size to 20Meg, 25Meg and no love.   This has been an ongoing issue for a LONG time. I thought, well once we upgrade from Version 14 to the latest, maybe that will fix it.

Today, after using SmarterMail for like 10 years ? I finally discover that INBOUND email size is controlled by a setting hidden in the "protocols" section for SMTP. - The default size for our server is 5120kb, or 5Meg.
Can we please get that moved, or something like an alert in the domain settings, domain defaults, and user settings, to indicate what the overall server max size is ? Makes no point really of setting outbound email max size to 20Meg, when the server itself is going to reject anything over 5Meg inbound. Like If we send out a proposal and someone has to send a signed copy back, we cant get that copy back.

I would think that limitation settings should all be located in one spot. yes ?

Every mail server software I've run this is a protocol based setting -- the documentation could be better, but the setting is in the proper place.  The setting is used as part of the EHLO response from your server to the outside sender to identify max message size.

Thanks for the response !  Yes, It can stay where it is, but I think it would be REALLY useful to show that value as some type of alert or just an info line, in the other locations where you are setting outbound limits too. Seriously, I never knew that setting was out there for years now and that was the thing limiting our mail.
