Append External Message at END of Email
Idea shared by Raymond Quirindongo - 2/13/2024 at 6:34 AM
Having the message at the top of an email prevents the preview of the actual email in Outlook.  Now everyone has to open the email to get a glimpse of what the email is about. This can be resolved by giving the option to append the notice at the footer instead of the header.

I understand your objection with the preview of the first few lines in Outlook, eM Client etc. but placing such a note at the end of a message does not fulfill its purpose as the user may not be able to see this at all, especially with larger mails.
