Menu Alignment

HI !
We just upgraded to the latest smailtermail build. Was previously using Smartermail 14.
Can you guys please fix the menu alignment in the new version ?
This is version 14. See how the words of the menu align ? the icons are also aligned.

This is the latest build....  The words and the icons share the same space.  This makes it more difficult to read. Sub nodes are the same.

Also, Is there any way to replace the arrows with the original + and -  squares ? Or rather, what icons to a replace in what directory ?
