Thunderbird Not Retrieving Messages

I'm using Thunderbird 115.5.1 on Windows 11 OS. Recently, it ceased pulling messages via IMAP from both my SmartMail Accounts: info@cdeatherage.net and chris@cdeatherage.net. Info@ defaults to port 143 and Chris@ defaults to port 993.How do I resolve this error message:

Hello Chris, 

Looking at the certificate it is valid till November of 2024 and has the shared mail hot name associated with it. 

issuer=/C=GB/ST=Greater Manchester/L=Salford/O=Sectigo Limited/CN=Sectigo RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA

Looking at the ports TLS1.2 is being offered. 

If you use the shared mail server name (maila28.newtekwebhosting.com) for the IMAP and SMTP server do you see the same issue?

Thank you, Tony. Changing the IMAP & SMTP server names appears to have done the trick.
