We often see ...\IndexV2\segments.... can not be found in our mailbox backup logs. We use second copy which first makes a comparison of source to destination to decide which files it should copy. I am guessing the time it goes to copy the file is deleted by Smartermail. As it appear these are temporary files, can we safely set the backup system to exclude \IndexV2\ folder when copying files.
