Once we release the BETA, we will also be publishing updated help, which will cover the SSL Certificates page in the product. We'll also have a few KB articles on how to use it, from a clean install through having an existing install with existing certs. (Those will probably be live prior to the public release, actually.)

Hopefully you are using Win-Acme. This will actually be very helpful for our entire team to learn and analyze for our non-email web servers.
