SM Upgrade from 8451?

I am currently on build 8451. I am ready to upgrade but wondering if I can go straight to 8664 or do I need to step through some intermediate builds?

Hey Mark,

There is no need to do intermediate builds you can update to the newest version from any version of SmarterMail. For example, you could go from SmarterMail 14 to 8664 if you wanted to.

I upgraded to build 8664 and it appears my Message Sniffer subscription is no longer registered. Is that something handled by SmarterTools or do I need to contact Mail's Best Fried?

I looked over your license and it appears that Message Sniffer is not included. I suggest that you reach out to Mails Best Friend and purchase that addon or you can go directly through us at SmarterTools.com.

I will reach out to them. I have the email back from them after renewing that gives me a license ID and auth code, but I can't find anywhere to enter those.
