Web Portal Login is failing by URL, works fine by IP

When trying to manage my smarter mail my Web Portal Login is failing by URL, works fine by IP.  I have verified DNS is pointing to the right place, MX and spf is all good.  I get a 404 error on the web page.  If I navigate to the IP address I get a login screen and it all works as advertised.  This is on Edge, Chrome, and Firefox from my work computer, home computer, and a laptop.

looking at the certificate it appears to have expired in Sep 2022.  I should still be able to connect after it warns me though.  No idea who runs that cert.

Hey Tony! It sounds like you might just be missing an HTTP/HTTPS binding for your SmarterMail site in IIS. Can you check that to make sure you have one listed there for that hostname and using the appropriate IP address? If its setup to listen on the wrong IP this could cause a 404 as well, so you'll want to double-check all of those settings to be safe. Let me know what you find!
