Tasks: Labels / Categories / Tags

Proposed
Idea: To add Labels (color coded, with text) on Tasks. Imagine a field between Subject and Start Date that shows something like this:

Label (Hit enter after each label/Enter comma after each label)
[IT Ops, Sales Department, HR,]

I'm sure this has been though up / brought up already- just thought I'd throw it out there.
