Attachment Download Issue

Server went down yesterday with a power outage.  We don't have our ups yet.  We had some bad json files when we restarted but got those restored and all was good until we figured out that no attachments in the browser would download.  The problem is on All computers All Browsers so it's not a PC or Browser issue.  I'm confident it's related to the crash yesterday.  The error we get when we try to download a file is {"message":"Value cannot be null.\r\nParameter name: value"}

I suspect it's a simple fix but have no clue where to start.

Hey Tom, glad to hear you were able to get the JSONs swapped out on this one! Did you happen to replace any files other than the settings.json file to get those accounts/domains back online? I suspect there may be another file in there somewhere based on the error. If you need a hand tracking this down please don't hesitate to submit a ticket with us and we'd be happy to help get to the bottom of it.

To get everything working, short the Downloads, I eventually restored all the json files in the same folder as the settings.json.  I don't know which one fixed the smtp sends but after I did this things started working.

Still dealing with the Download of Attachments.  I finally got a call just after 5 Pacific time and they setup a ticket and told me they will be working on it starting at 9am tomorrow morning.
