There are still messages coming back.

A virus has been detected in a message sent from "admin@d-bright.co.th" to SUDAN / DATAI2 . The message was not delivered. Subject: RQ quotation DWG 23-1056 / U-ing Virus Type: Unknown

Hi Somkiat,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with false positives and the antivirus. If your antivirus actions are set to Quarantine, you can recover/resend the messages from there. 

For a deeper review, I'd encourage you to open a ticket with the Support Department.
