HI. Do any of you use cyren Zero-hour Outbreak detection?

I checked the messages that cyren Zero-hour Outbreak detection quarantines as viruses.

90% are not viruses, they are spam.

I reported the problem to Cyren, but I don't think they will listen to me.

A virus is a virus, spam is spam, behaviors must be different.
