Error Log - vers. Enterprise 100.0.8629.18139 (Aug 17, 2023)

Hello, we have installed the SM 8629 enterprise version and everything seems to be fine, but in the error logs I am finding many of these reports:

[2023.08.23]    at MailService.Mailboxes.MailMessageBase.GetProtocolAttachments(Boolean includeData, Int32 indexToFind, Boolean includeWinMailData, Boolean includeEventsAndTasksAsAttachments, Boolean mapi)
[2023.08.23] 08:07:34.369 GetProtocolAttachments Exception Info Stored: F:\SmarterMail\Domains\**************\Users\info\Mail\Sent Items\2013_2_26.grp:62 | Exception: System.FormatException: Failed to parse message headers.
Has this been encountered by anyone else?
What are they? What is it due to?

This error seems to point at an email or attachment on an email in this user's account that is problematic. Can you submit a ticket on this so we can help track it down please?
