Hello Merle! Your process is correct! Just be sure to get a full backup of both the installation and Domains folder contents at the very least, and when you install the new version make sure you use the same directory you used last time. That should do the trick! I use the EXE for installations as it includes the IIS procedures, but you're welcome to use the MSI as well. In the future, if you'd prefer to have us complete upgrades for you we do offer this as a paid service as well so you can schedule this with us for hours that are convenient for your users.
