Hello Manuel, I'm sorry you're having issues with this! I saw something similar recently due to bad Contact entries in the affected user's Outlook client. Could there be something going on there for the affected user? When you see this again, check the sent message in the user's email client and see if it has a recipient listed there. Let me know what you find!
