Hey John, sorry you're having search issues! Its possible there is an issue with those specific messages that is causing the problem, but a good place to start would be reindexing your account. You can do this from the domain's Accounts list, and it will likely take a couple of hours to complete before you'll want to test it again. I hope that helps!
