I am not positive what this means, but it might hint at us having trouble accessing a file in your account. Are you logged in to a system administrator or user account when this happens? In user accounts you'll find there is a connected_ips.json file and I suspect this might be problematic for your account. We do archive backup copies of those files going back a week or so, so worst case you might be able to restore it from there if it is corrupted. Let me know what you find out!
