[Smartermail 8531] slow mail boxes only 1 to 500

Good morning
we have a seriously problem. only one mailboxes (1 to 500) is very slow.
I try to delete some message but nothint, this problem is appear  after build 8524 upgrade!
The problem is when we try to wrote new message, to reply  but not to open a message.

Please help me!

I have to resolve this problem as soon as possibile

Hi Luca I’m sorry you’re having these issues! Larger message threads were problematic in this build, and we have since released a new build including a fix. Can you try that please?

i just install the last build 8531 but the problem is not resolve, there is another build?

The stranger case is that mailbox now is not the largest on the domain

Probably not since the last 2 days have been a weekend… they will return Monday into the office.

I would search the SmarterMail Stor for JSON Files and look for files over 3MB. If you find any large ones let me know.

I have had an almost identical problem with a customer mailbox since Build 8495.

The problem with their mailbox was traced to the 'Suggested Contacts' folder containing a *LOT* of contacts added there by some version of Outlook.

The folder was deleted, through the SmarterMail web interface, and performance was significantly improved and our SmarterMail server is no longer pegged at 40% CPU utilization with the disk constantly churning itself to death.
