SM 8517/8531 Resync User protocols shows lots of unread mails with no sender

Explain this....

After I began resyncing protocols for my own account then unread mails started showing in subfolders and the number is climbing all the time. Now close to 2500 mails and they all look the same.
No sender address.

Has anybody tried this?

HI,
I haven't the same issue but there are plenty of emails in my domain sent without sender , and also CCs removed, which is very odd. I had open support ticket already for both of them. I suggest you to open a support ticket too.

Hey Brian! I just gave this a quick test on a couple of accounts on both existing and new Outlook profiles but did not see the same behavior. In fact, my unread counts didn't change at all. Did you have to restart Outlook after issuing the resync request or did this happen right away? Probably best to get a ticket going on this one so we can track it. Thanks Brian!

It happened right away when  I hit resync. The mails are still in my inbox without senders. I am glad they are sorted in subfolders.

Interesting, thanks for clarifying that Brian. They look to be individual messages, so I wonder if you might have some EMLs referenced in your mailbox.cfg that aren't actually there. Let's get a ticket going on this and we can get a copy of the account to look into those possibilities.
