Changed auto clean settings for folders but nothing happening within the affected folders??

Answered

Changed the days from 1095 to 365 in a couple of folders but nothing happens. No emails are cleaned/deleted in the folders.
Is there something else that needs to be done to get them to clean the folders?

Hey Brian,

Autoclean is a scheduled task for SmarterMail but you can usually trigger it by moving an email in or out of that folder.

Nope, there is no other way to trigger it other than waiting or moving an email.

What are the interval of the trigger ?
