Write message to all users in a domain?? SOLVED
Idea shared by Brian Bjerring-Jensen - 5/7/2023 at 10:27 PM
Completed
When an administrator needs to send email to all accounts then what do you do??
It would be a nice feature to be able to write all users in a domain within the administration tab on a domain.

you can create an ALIAS (eg: all@domain.com ) and set it to "Include all doamin users":

Can you then write to them as an external user?? Like I am outside the domain??
Otherwise I have to create a user email in the domain to do that.
The other way it would be implicit as I am logged in as server admin and wopuld be able to do it directly from the domain admin page.

Just go to Domains > Actions > Send Email

  • Send Email / Notification - These actions allow you to send an email or reminder notification to users on the server.

Yes, simply disable the "Internal use only" setting.

Otherwise, you can use the option that Michael Gralke Augusto described above, which is to send a "system admin" mail to users from the web admin interface.
