Proposed
Hi

I want to propose a few features that would increase incident response.

1. The ability to update all passwords for a domain all at one time. Force generation of a new password. ( there is a mass expired password function, but if someone has a password that should not have it, they can reset it with the old one. )
2. The ability to impose outbound spam filtering per domain. Ex. b.barracudacentral.org RBL for domain1.com
3. The ability to allow bypass of outbound filtering per user. Ex. b.barracudacentral.org RBL for User12@domain1.com - I have this client that keeps getting listed in the Cyren Pre Antispam list, so I have to turn off outbound for all users and all domains.

Please upvote if you agree.

Just some thoughts!

1. Implement password complexity requirements including prevention of previous password reuse - with auto-expiration after X number of days.
2. Implement outbound gateway servers for each domain that you need spam filtering on and that way you can fine tune the spam checks on a per-domain basis.
3. You may be able to achieve this with number 2 above depending on the type of gateway you implement.

Hi Kyle

Thanks for the ideas
1. yes, all in place. The issue is if a domain is compromised, there is no way to auto general new passwords and lock the domain down.
2. The domain in question uses SendGrid, but these emails passed their filters.
3. Same
