This question is related to the Community Discussion Knowledge Base area.  I have noticed that regardless what I put in the Search field, I get the same search results.  I limit the criteria for Smartermail and I get results for SmarterTools, SmarterStats, etc.   It is really useless for me if I am looking for a solution to a problem because the search results are basically the same as if I don't put anything in the Search field.    

If I am doing it wrong, please let me know.  I have some issues with a email caught in a loop and I am getting results for Autoresponder, etc.
