Removing Spool message: Killed: False, Failed: True, Finished: False

A company has been sending me email for several months and I didn't know it because it's getting blocked but when checking the log, this is all I see. I see the "

Failed: True" but I'm not seeing anything this this that explains to me what is going on. Can anybody help please? "sent-via.netsuite.com" has been configured in my whitelists.

There should be MORE.

Search the log for the ID you have 44080982

Both SMTP and Delivery logs
