SM 8496: I am a secondary system admin with the ability to create and manage other secondary admins. I cannot set IP restrictions.

SM 8496: I am a secondary system admin ("sersis" in the image below) with the ability to create and manage other secondary admins.

Why can't I set or manage IP restrictions to other secondary admins (and to myself)?

This ability is restricted to the primary system administrator only, and this behaves similarly in previous versions as well. I will escalate a request to review this behavior on your behalf.
