SM 8495: Please add the option of Domain-->General-->Block Authentication by Country to "DOMAIN DEFAULTS" options

Please add the options of Domain-->General-->Block Authentication by Country  to DOMAIN DEFAULTS options, so we can set it up as a default for every newly created domain (and maybe propagate it to already created domain if we want/need it...)

Currently manages 6 SmarterMail installations (1 in the cloud for SERSIS which provides services to a few hundred third-party email domains + 5 on-premise for customers who prefer to have their mail server in-house)
