Reporting cases filtered by an organisation

We have the ability to create an organisation group. IE all users that submit tickets with the domain of abcandco.com can be grouped so you can see all tickets that are related to that ABC and Co organisation. 

Has anyone found a way to create a custom report that can be setup to a generate ticket overview/trend/response times etc just for that organisation? 

We have a couple of key organisations that need oversight and regular reporting of tickets, trends etc but we cannot see a way of applying the organisation into the filtering of that report to make it useful. The only filtering is based on Departments, Groups or agents which does not provide the granularity to manage Organisation that have higher support requirements and reporting needs.
