EWS/MAPI/EAS: some emails with subject line displaying =?utf-8?B?

We upgraded our SmarterMail production system form 8451 to 8482 BETA/RC last Friday.
Right after this we noticed that some system/DynamicNavs emails are have "wrong" subject lines, being displayed/string with =?utf-8?B?

What is wrong here? Because with SmarterMail build 8451 is was OK I wonder what changed with Build 8482.
Email-protocols being affected: EWS eMClient v9.2.1713),  MAPI (Outlook 2019), EAS (iPhone OS 16.4)
SmarterMail Webmail is ok/displays correctly

I already opened a support-ticket for this so that I hope this can be fixed/corrected before the official release of the NEW SmarterMail.

Thanks for opening a ticket for this issue. As discussed I was able to reproduce this and it has been sent out to our development team. I will mark this as being fixed.
