Please remove CYREN products references anywhere (logs, reports, licensing, settings...) in the new builds, as they are not supported anymore...

In the new SmarterMail stable 8495 Cyren Add-Ons are still visible...

Please remove them as they are non functional...

Currently Cyren is still working.

I'm aware that this will change, but until then I'm happy to use my paid service.

I would say yes. We have charts with different values for confirmed, suspected, bulk and unknown spams and in the header we have the Cyren (Comtouch) X-CTCH-RefId entry.

Hello Gabriele, 

We are preventing customers from purchasing NEW subscriptions of Cyren. However, existing subscriptions will continue to work for the foreseeable future. The reason Cyren stopped working in your installation is because the existing subscription expired, and you were unable to purchase a new one with your renewal. 

At some point, all existing subscriptions will expire, and we will remove Cyren from the interface at that time.

This isn't an overnight process, it will take some time.

Cyren is working as expected and should continue to do so until we replace it with our own solution.  We have removed it for purchase for new customers and upgrades.
