Problems with messages using accents when save in draft (using Outlook)
Problem reported by CLEBER SAAD - 2/24/2023 at 2:03 PM

Hello,
Sometimes when I create a new message with subject and body that contains some accents (for example: São Paulo or Açucar ou Cinqüenta) and save in draft and restart the Outlook when I try to open the draft all the text becomes wrong (codification problem).
This occurrs only when using Outlook and sometimes. Using webmail works fine.

Using the latest beta.

Hi Cleber,

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you here! I tried the following in Outlook MAPI, and I wasn't able to replicate an issue with the encoding:

  1. Create an email in Outlook with São Paulo or Açucar ou Cinqüenta in Subject and Body.
  2. Save Draft.
  3. Close Outlook.
  4. Open Outook.
  5. Edit draft.
  6. Send.
Is this an issue you're still experiencing? If so, I'll start a support ticket with you so we can dig into it.

Hello Andrea,
Yes, but sometimes happen. It's not every message that has saved in draft.
