Sent date/time in Webmail
Question asked by William Young - 2/10/2023 at 3:42 PM

Would anyone else like to be able to see the sent date/time as well as received in the webmail interface?  This just recently came up as an issue for us and i cant find any method in the webmail interface to make it part of the preview.

Hi William,

I believe that timestamp can be seen in the email's header. In most cases, the sent/received time will be close enough, that displaying both would be redundant. Is there an email client that offers this? Can you share why you like to see both?

Thank you,

Hey Shaun,

Thanks for reaching out with this question. In order for it to display in that format you need to change your language to English UK inside of webmail. Please go to Settings->Account->User Card.

I hope this helps.
