Are you suggesting that we add the ability to customize the External Senders > Subject and Body Text and the Mailing List > Messages in the Domain Defaults, so that a custom message can be created and automatically propagated for new domains?

Text templates mailing lists:

Every domain (customer) has in SmarterMail basically the possibility of mailing lists. If he creates a mailinglist, he currently has 23 predefined messages in the settings, see screenshot.

As a SmarterMail server operator you should be able to predefine these message texts in the Domain Defaults.

Also with the new integrated function with the external sender I wished that these text modules can be specified with the Domain Defaults by myself.

I would appreciate it if the product name can also be set here in the domain defaults so that the text modules "SmarterMail" can be changed with my own product name. The product name would then be displayed here for example:

Thank you for the clarification. With the features within SmarterMail, there is a divide between what's managed by the System Administrators, and what's offloaded onto Domain Administrators. These areas are intended to be customized by Domain Administrators. At this time, we don't have intentions to move these fields into Domain Defaults.

Thank you, but that is exactly the point. After all, the system administrator is not able to customize these language templates. They are probably stored somewhere in the background in the system in English, or do I see it wrong?
