Hey Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. There isn't really anything that you need to consider. But I do recommend checking the following.
- Both Servers are running the same edition of Windows.
- Both Servers have the same version of SmarterMail installed.
- If using TLS 1.3 both servers have this enabled.
