Sent email downloaded as Draft

Hello,
my customer noticed this problem on the Mapi accounts.

During an email composing, Outlook automatic save the email in the draft folder after 3 Minutes
When you send the email, moves the email in sent items.

If you reconfigure the same Mapi account in Outlook the sent items are downloaded as Draft.

has somone noticed this problem?

We already have a ticket opened for a similar issue (started Feb 14, 2022...), but I think is from the same cause...

Actually I got this answer from Smarter Tools (and I'm waiting for the new release...):

We did have a few draft related fixes across a few build releases, so I'd definitely recommend getting upgraded to our latest release if you haven't already. After doing so, it may be a good idea to do a clean resync of the account under a fresh profile and see if the issue persists there:

Hello,
i already upgraded the Version to the latest avayable(8251)
I also reconfigured the account with a new profile, on a different pc and with a different version of office. I always got the same problem.
I also opened a ticket to the support yesterday

This issue is not resolved at this time.

As reported above , they told me that are waiting to release a new version of Smarter Mail that, hopely, will contain this specific fix.

Not yet...
My hope is that the "new" beta has this fix and that it can go into stable soon (without issues, of course...)
