Smartermail not processing folder in Archive Temp

First I am running 
SmarterMail Enterprise
Build 7068 (May 9, 2019)

I am in the process of pulling a bunch of emails from our archive and noticed that on some queries not all messages were being pulled.  When I went into SmarterMail/Archive/Temp I found 209 folders from various dates sitting in there.  Question is there any way to force Smartermail to process these temp folders, as I believe they might have not been added to the archive, or is it safe to delete them?  Normally I thought after processing these, smartermail would automatically delete them.
