Is there any news on the 2 BIG ISSUES with MAPI (messages DISAPPEAR when moving between account) and Webmail/Calendar (one-day-appointment moving one day prior on each save)?

Is there any news on the 2 BIG PROBLEMS with MAPI (messages disappear when moving from one account to another) and Webmail / Calendar (one-day appointments that go back one day at each save)?

We have angry customers who need answers!

public release and even a custom build with the fixes needs to be tested thoroughly by ST - but now it is probably more than two weeks without a fix - and no info by ST at SmarterMail product/download-page about such major issues.
We are using an email-archiving system, but we need our employees to report their messages that are being "lost/deleted". If the MAPI-issues are not so easy to fix how about temporarily making it impossible to move message from one account into another-account by MAPI - to avoid possible dataloss?really tope that this week there will be solution - at least a custom build for the customers that reporting these issues and having a support-ticket open. ST employees can have their '4-workingdays-week' but in case of major issues there probably needs ongoing working/testing - if needed even at weekend' to satisfy the paying customers.

Hey Thomas and Gabriele, 

I can confirm that this will be fixed in the next release I have been doing some testing and QC on these issues and it looks good. We should be releasing the fix for these issues and a bunch of other issues very soon like today or tomorrow.

I just noticed the public release build 8250 is available at download-page. Due to our major issues I installed this new build right away... I hope that it will did not break anything, I only did some first testing of the basic mailserver functions :-)
Now I need a few hours sleep, then I will do some more testing and check if our issues are solved.

My first tests seem to be OK...

Finger crossed... I'll wait some days of more testing before claim it to the customers

First tests with build 8250 look good!
a) MAPI and moving messages into another MAPI-account are not disappering anymore/are not lost.
b) Webmail/Calendar and All-Day-Appointments are not moving anymore on each "Save".
Until now it looks good - I will monitor next days/next week.


one remark: on Outlook/MAPI/moving messages into another account it looks like there are circumstances where the read-status of messages will swtich/change back to unread - I will make some more testing on this, it does not always happen... happens more likely if you mark a bunch of messages and move all the messages at once by drag&drop. Gabriele already created a separate communitypost and I tried  to verify/reproduce it.
I cannot say if this is an unwanted side-affect of latest fixes. At least the resetting/removing of the read-status does not look as an intended behavior!
