These settings look to be in good shape! Is there something specifically you are concerned about?

That said, I do recommend evaluating an upgrade path to our latest releases to take advantage of the latest and greatest in improvements, fixes, and security enhancements.

Just wanted to check whether the setting affects our missing auto-reply problem.

We have found out that the missing auto-reply is only for email sent via our own SMTP server.
Email sent via different SMTP activates auto-reply correctly.
What can we do to solve it?

Hello Lennart, 

When you look at the user's profile what are your settings set to?
- Autoresponder spam level?
- indirect mail?

Hi Tony,

They have  Exclusions rule: No restriction - auto-respond to all mail
and Enable auto-responder.  That's all.

And missing auto-reply is only for email sent via the same SMTP server.

Who get's Auto-Reply?
Email from SM Webmail on the same server:  Yes
Email from Gmail Webmail: Yes
Email from email-client via other SMTP: Yes
Email from email-client via SM SMTP on the same server: No

Any idea, please.
