read requests in Outlook 365 - MAPI

I'm not receiving read requests in Outlook 365, the account is configured with MAPI, but in webmail the read requests are there.
Can you help?

Hello, thanks for reaching out to the community. In Outlook do you have it set to Ask each time if you want to send a read receipt? This would be located in File->Options->Mail Tracking Section if not please set it.

Happening to us also, some outlook accounts configured by MAPI don't receive read requests, in Webmail everything works fine but in outlook with the option "Ask..." it does not work.

This is a know issue.
I have a ticket open on that and SmarterTools said me that they are working on a FIX....
