Message archiving is mostly hands off once it is archived from SmarterMails end. If you wish to move or delete the entries you can set up a script ( scheduled Task ) to move or delete any entries that are older than X days ( months, years ). 

note It is also important to know that archives are not deleted by SmarterMail and, as a result, they can get very large. Be sure to check your archive folders regularly to see if they should be backed up and removed from the hard drive.

Others may have example scripts you can use for this purpose.

    Thanks for the response. But I still can't find the scripts or the manual method to do this. Any rules or what kind or type of files I can move out from the domain directory directly.
