not able to save changes to Domain Defaults
Problem reported by Randy Armbrecht - 4/25/2022 at 10:20 AM
Resolved
We just upgraded to latest version (from v15.7) and we are having a few minor issues.  The most prevalent is that we cannot make any changes to the domain defaults page.  In the older version, we had 5 different SMTP gateways setup, and would direct out based on the message priority (so for example, all listServe activity would go out on smtp2, while normal email wold go out on smtp1).  This setting just defaulted to RoundRobin, and we want to set this to the main smtp1 server So we can propagate out to most domains However, the SAVE button never comes active to click on after changing that selection.  Any thoughts?

@Randy: This usually means there is another value or setting on that page that isn't validating or is otherwise set incorrectly. Do you see anything highlighted red?

Found the issue this morning after playing around with it.  Each domain's  "hostname" is blank.  looks like I need to  add this in before I can do a global propragate on other settings
