OLD automation interface - user creation

Ok, I've gone round and round on this for hours now.

OLD Automation interface using svcUserAdmin

Is there some way of activating the "Force user to change password at next login" from this interface?

The "seenwelcome" listed in the documentation doesn't exist in the interface.

Setting the "welcomewizardprogress" to 0 or even -1 starts at the THEME/Time Zone screen.

I don't see anything that would let me set the password to expired either.

I can't for the life of me find a way to trigger that password change from the automation.
